Chinese Newspaper Hawkers Commercial Association is on
the verge of success.

The conditions reached on the

6th inst. between the said paper and WONG TAI WAI, CHUN

KONG and CHAN KUI, promoters of the said association,
are as follows:-
(1) The living expenses for the three men shall be
$70 each, with $100 special expenses to be paid to WONG.
(2) 1,500 copies of the Hong Kong Nippo, (Chinese
section) shall be sold each day.
(3) The Hong Kong Nippo press shall employ 8 boys
to hawk the said papers. Each boy shall be paid 30 cents
daily.
